Refund policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns will be issued in the form of a digital gift card sent to your email or account and will be in the amount of your purchase minus the shipping cost. Please allow 1-3 business days after receiving merchandise to process your return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All items will be inspected before we issue a store credit and we reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not meet our conditions.

At this time we do not send return labels. You may process your return with whichever shipping company you would like. We do advise that you have a tracking/delivery confirmation as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All defective merchandise must be reported within 3 days of receiving. Please send us a photo of your defective item via email to Sales@introshoppe.com. Merchandise that has been washed will not be accepted for store credit.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Final sale items include Bodysuits, Swim, Hair Products, Jewelry, and Hats. Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface, always try shoes on carpet. Shoe boxes must be returned undamaged, along with shoes in box. Please be careful of makeup and deodorant rubbing off on the garment. Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you require a replacement size, color, or alternative item(s), you can place a new order using your store credit.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Sales@introshoppe.com.
