PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 1-3 business days after the order is placed. There may be a delay of up to 2 days during our sale periods and holidays.
ORDER TRACKING
Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, you can track your order by clicking the link in your email or go directly to your account on introshoppe.com
ORDER CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS
At this time we do not allow cancellations on orders. You are more than welcome to return your order once it has been delivered.
If you need to amend an address or billing information, please reach out to Sales@introshoppe.com ASAP. However, once your order has been processed, we cannot guarantee that any changes can be made to your order.
RETURN TO SENDER
It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping/delivery address for his/her order. If the wrong or incomplete delivery address is provided, Intro will not refund a customers purchase or replace the goods. If your address is insufficient and is returned to sender, you will be charged an additional reshipment cost.
STORE PICKUP
If you would like to pick up your order from our store, please choose option "store pick up" during check out.
PLEASE NOTE
Orders place on Friday may not be processed until Monday. We will do our best to ship orders on Saturday if possible but cannot guarantee it.
